ONLINE BUSINESS ADVISORYOMAN & THE GCC

HOW WE WORK

A considered process.
A useful outcome.

The work should remain as clear as the advice. Our approach connects the brief, the evidence and the next step.

01

Understand the question

Agree the brief before expanding the work.

We discuss the decision you need to make, the context, the constraints and the information available. The engagement should have a clear purpose before analysis begins.

THE OUTPUTA focused scope, required inputs and agreed responsibilities.

02

Examine the evidence

Make the current position and assumptions visible.

The review looks at the relevant processes, records and information. Findings distinguish observed facts from assumptions, gaps and matters that need further validation.

THE OUTPUTA structured diagnosis, clearly stated assumptions and prioritised findings.

03

Define the way forward

Connect recommendations to practical action.

We discuss options and trade-offs, then shape a proportionate plan with proposed ownership, sequence and measures. Any implementation support is separately agreed.

THE OUTPUTPractical recommendations and an agreed next-step plan.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we
begin.

Do I need to know which service I need?

No. Start with the question or difficulty. The initial conversation helps identify which area of work, if any, is appropriate.

What should I prepare for a first conversation?

A short description of your organisation, the decision or problem, the timeframe and the information you currently have. Please do not submit confidential documents through the public website.

How are scope and fees agreed?

Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees are agreed separately in writing before an engagement proceeds.

Does a review include implementation?

Only where it is explicitly agreed. A diagnostic review, implementation project and ongoing support can have different requirements and should have clear boundaries.

A CLEARER WAY FORWARD

Let’s start with
your question.
